Il Patto, by Italian Boy Summer, collects what the questionnaire asks: identity (name, email, phone, date of birth, ZIP), your answers, the contacts you choose to share, and payment status. Contact values are encrypted. Free-application codes are stored as hashes.

We keep identity separate from answers. The matching export has no name, email, or phone. Your match sees your name and only the contact methods and display lines you mark.

Religious views, family plans, and relationship views are sensitive. We process them only with the consent you give on the application, and only to make a match.

Marketing email and marketing SMS are optional and separate. We store the exact words you agreed to, the time, the page, and the IP address and browser, because telephone and email marketing rules ask us to. You can unsubscribe in one click, or text STOP. Verification codes, your submission receipt, refund notices, and the match itself are transactional. We text those only to a number you verified.

We do not sell your answers. Payments in this version are simulated. When Stripe is connected, card numbers go to Stripe, not to our database. We keep a fingerprint only to block self-referrals.

You can ask us to delete your application by writing to the address in the footer of a message from us. Matching data is removed with it, except records we must keep for a refund or a dispute.
